Online booking rates are exclusive to online customers. Customers ordering via our branches would not necessarily enjoy the same preferential rate. Any transactions originated at our retail outlets will be made according to the list price at the respective branch.

To note:

Non-members and members can order online up to the equivalent of HKD 20,000 and HKD 50,000 respectively without deposit.

Members also have the choice of ordering over the equivalent of HKD 50,000, but a 20% deposit is required to secure the booking at the preferential rate.

There are 4 order and subsequent collection periods between Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• • 10am-12pm (exchange rate is confirmed immediately. The collection time is between 2:30pm and the closing time of the designated branch on the same day)
  • 12pm-3:30pm (exchange rate is confirmed immediately. The collection time is between 5:15pm and the closing time of the designated branch on the same day)
  • 3:30pm-5pm (exchange rate is confirmed immediately. The collection time is between 12:00nn to the closing time of the designated branch on the following day)
  • 5pm- 10am next business day (also including Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays)- the online exchange rate is only for reference. The actual exchange rate would be confirmed by our staff via telephone according to the preferential list price on the next business day before 10am. Customers have the option to decide then if they would go ahead with the online order. Upon confirmation of order, collection on the same day after 2:30pm.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide are accurate.
• Collection is only available during designated business hours at our branches between Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). No service on Saturday and Sunday.
• Customers are obliged to complete the transaction on the same business day as the scheduled collection date after an online order has been confirmed. Please refer to each of our branches’ business hours.
• Members who need to pay a deposit can either transfer via bank or pay cash at any of our branches.
• Customers are required to bring along an identity card or passport for registration for transactions over the sum of HKD 120,000 to meet the government regulation.
• The listed exchange rates on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the rights to suspend or refuse service to anyone without prior notice.

Payment Method:

1. Pay cash directly at the designated branch at collection.
2. For customers who have already paid a deposit, please bring along the deposit receipt and pay the remaining sum in cash at our designated branch at collection.

Remarks: We do not accept cash deposit at banks for online orders.
